mashed glory #1
burn health hash browns steamed beans and greens.
supplies: yam, rutabaga, potaTo, etc.
precooked beans (I used black eyed peas)
dark greens (I used spinnach)

so I grated enough yam, potato, & rutbag to make a good layer in the bottom of the cast iron pan. I mixed in some olive oil olive oils seals in goodness.
i stired it for a bit, but not long – I let it burn A bit -smells good… I`d a put a oninion in ere if i`d ha had one. but this time no. hadd a shity old leek in there gonna toss him out.
so then it burnt.
burt on the bottom now i had some spinnanch stalks, my neighbors in their greenhouses grow new Zealand spinnach, lotsa small leave and thick stalk growing up like little treetrunks with a few nice leaves on em. the stuff grows like groundcover very cool . anyways so I wanted to steam the leaves on top of the hashbrowns , didn`t want to put just water in after the burn – took the leaves off the stocks, the BLENDED the stocks with water to make giid steamy juice, then threw in a couple hanfuls of beans to the giid steamy juice BLENDER,
threw THAT on top of the hashbrn, which i mega seasalt PLUS a lil cayanne and fresh ground pepper, all shooked on the top when i let it to burn, gets stirred in later.

now toss on the greens and turnitOFF, cover it ,
a few minutes, nnever cook the greens too long.
then mix it up up

served it on top of brown rices

really interesting right away, and also in a bit after the flavours mix together. burnt with spice and fresh green, really cool.
